First convert the given mixed numbers into improper fractions.
To round a mixed number to the nearest whole number,
look at the fraction part.
If the fraction is less than 1/2, round down.
If the fraction is greater than or equal to 1/2, round up.
Give the round-up value of a mixed number.
Round the mixed number to the whole number and multiply it with the cost of the paint.
Convert it to improper fraction.
If the numerator is exactly half or more than half the denominator, round up, otherwise call it zero.
