Similar figures.
The scale factor between the two polygons is 2:3, which means that every side in the smaller polygon is 3/2 the length of the corresponding side in the larger polygon. This also means that every angle in the smaller polygon is 3/2 the measure of the corresponding angle in the larger polygon.
Since the rectangles are similar, the ratio of their corresponding side lengths is constant.
The scale factor between the two polygons is 3:5, which means that every side in the smaller polygon is 5/3 the length of the corresponding side in the larger polygon. This also means that every angle in the smaller polygon is 5/3 the measure of the corresponding angle in the larger polygon.
Note that the triangles are isosceles triangles.
The scale factor of 1:2 means that the corresponding sides of the blueprint and the actual rectangle are in the ratio of 1:2. Therefore, the length of the actual rectangle is twice the length of the rectangle on the blueprint, and the width of the actual rectangle is twice the width of the rectangle on the blueprint.
