- PARALLEL POSTULATE: GIVEN A STRAIGHT LINE AND A POINT (NOT ON THE LINE), THERE IS ALWAYS A SECOND STRAIGHT LINE THROUGH THE POINT THAT WILL BE PARALLEL TO THE FIRSTLINE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
